With years of hands‑on experience in construction and GPS technology, Kevin brings a rare blend of technical expertise and genuine care for the people behind every project.

Driven by a commitment to precision and integrity, Kevin has earned a reputation for delivering GPS models and earthwork takeoffs that contractors can trust. His approach is rooted in listening first, understanding each project’s unique challenges, and providing solutions that make the work smoother, clearer, and more efficient.

As CEO, Kevin leads with humility, reliability, and a deep respect for the craft. He believes that strong relationships are the foundation of strong builds — and that every client deserves a partner who stands behind their work.

Under Kevin’s leadership, Precision Grade Solutions continues to grow with the same values it started with: accuracy, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed.

Kevin is a GPS Modeling Engineer with 18 years of experience supporting civil construction, site development, and large-scale earthwork projects. Expertise includes Trimble and Topcon GPS machine control modeling, AGTEK Earthwork 3D design, drone-based surveying, and geospatial mapping to optimize terrain analysis, grading accuracy, and project progress monitoring.

Paige serves as the Managing Partner of Precision Grade Solutions, LLC, where she plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and supporting strategic growth. With a strong professional foundation as a Paralegal, Paige brings a high level of precision, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to every aspect of the business.

In her role, Paige is responsible for managing office operations, streamlining administrative processes, and maintaining compliance with internal standards and external requirements. Her legal background equips her with the ability to navigate complex documentation, mitigate risk, and maintain accuracy across all business functions. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to operational excellence.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Paige is a devoted mother and wife, balancing her leadership responsibilities with a strong commitment to family. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities with grace and precision reflects her resilience and dedication in both her personal and professional life.

Meet Dale

Chief Morale Officer (CMO) & Field Quality Inspector
Dale is a highly motivated Australian Shepherd with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail (especially when snacks are involved), and a zero-tolerance policy for low-quality grass.

With hands-on (or paws-on) experience in site supervision, Dale ensures all projects meet Precision Grade Solutions’ highest standards—or at least get thoroughly sniff-tested. He specializes in perimeter checks, early-morning productivity enforcement, and keeping the crew smiling under pressure.
